1. Agreement to Terms

By booking, renting, or using any equipment from Rodeo Wave Jet Ski Rentals LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To rent or operate a jet ski, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or 21 if you want stricter control)

  • Possess a valid government-issued ID

  • Have a valid boater education certificate if required under Texas law

  • Sign a liability waiver before use

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety reasons.

3. Reservations & Payments

  • Full or partial payment may be required to secure a booking

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, safety, or operational issues

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made [48 hours] in advance may receive a full or partial refund

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable

  • Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion

5. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required before rental

  • You are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment

  • Repairs, cleaning, or recovery costs may be deducted from your deposit

6. Rental Rules & Responsibilities

By renting, you agree:

  • To operate the jet ski safely and responsibly

  • To follow all Texas boating laws and lake regulations

  • Not to operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Not to allow unauthorized drivers

  • Not to use the jet ski in restricted or shallow areas

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination with no refund.

7. Damage, Loss, or Late Returns

You are financially responsible for:

  • Any damage to the jet ski

  • Lost or stolen equipment

  • Late returns beyond your reserved time

Additional fees may apply.

8. Assumption of Risk

Jet skiing is a high-risk activity.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept:

  • Risk of injury, drowning, collision, or death

  • Natural hazards (waves, weather, other boats)

  • Equipment malfunction risks

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.

9. Liability Waiver

All renters and passengers must sign a separate liability waiver before use.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Rodeo Wave Jet Ski Rentals LLC is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or death

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

  • Accidents occurring during rental use

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rodeo Wave Jet Ski Rentals LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of our equipment.

11. Weather & Safety Conditions

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or delay rentals due to unsafe weather

  • Restrict usage areas for safety reasons

  • End rentals early if conditions become dangerous

13. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Race, stunt, or operate recklessly

  • Tow objects or people without permission

  • Use the jet ski for commercial purposes

  • Operate outside designated areas

14. Late Arrival Policy

  • Your rental time begins at your scheduled time

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time without refund

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page.
