Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rodeo Wave Jet Ski, we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:​

Cancellations

• Customers may cancel their booking for a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled rental time.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled booking.

Weather Policy

• Your safety is our priority. In the event of severe weather conditions, including heavy rain, storms, lightning, or unsafe water conditions, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.

• Light rain, cloudy weather, or mild wind do not qualify for a refund.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• Failure to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time without refund.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.
